Shortlisted for a Golden Pineapple Award

Tin was shortlisted for a Golden Pineapple in the category “International Future Place”. This honor was achieved for the Grønlikilen proposal and as part of the developer/ consultancies HAV Eiendom and LondonOn. Grønlikaia is a major new waterfront transformation project in the heart of Oslo. As one of the last waterfront sites of the city, the development represents an opportunity for Oslo to create a sustainable, inclusive, and diverse ‘fjord city’.

The Pineapples Awards ceremony was launced in 2019 to celebrate great places in which the organisers The Developer and The Design Council of Great Britain call “a mixed-use development or cluster of developments that create a neighbourhood, large or small. It may be a wholly new place or a redevelopment”. The other nominiees in the same category is developer Fáilte Ireland with The Paul Hogarth Company, and developer Fabrix with MVRDV.
