DKS Lab - Keynote

Tin was asked to present his DKS-insights, based on his two productions across three tours 2021/2022 - Flekken and Diagram. Here, he presented the entire process: the digital application, the meeting with the producers, and the tour itself. These were elements changing up his initial production. Tin’s key insights were: cost and time restraints, dialogue rather than monologue, pathos - present you as an artistic person, and finally, your ability to adapt, improvise and respond after meeting the children. DKS is a government initiative for pupils in elementary, middle and high school of Norway, to get to experience professional arts and culture of all kinds. The aim is to secure that children all over the country a better understanding of artistic and cultural expressions at the highest level. The workshop was initiated by the DKS organisation itself, to encourage more contributions from the architecture field.
