Fredrik & Adrian +1 Wins the Grensesprenger Award

The NMBU students Fredrik Dalen, Adrian Søndergaard & Torbjørn Danielsen wins Skanska’s Grensesprenger Award of 152.000 NOK. Not only this, but Fredrik would go on to be employed by the host of the competition, Skanska. Torbjørn was not present in the award ceremony due to a bad case of food poisoning.

Coincidentally, Tin, a prize winning stud-ent himself, served as their supervisor on their master thesis at the time of their win and had no idea whatsoever that they were in the running for the Grensesprenger award. The call for ideas on this competition is clear: form teams of 2-4 students from any Norwegian schools and contribute on how to cut climate gases.

A fun fact: Torbjørn which was not present at the award ceremony due to a bad case of food poisoning, was also a student of Tin in the 2020 cohort of CSO. Nobody knows for sure in what ways Tin influenced the three of them, but what we do know is that all three would go on to win the Grensesprenger Award and have separate but marvelous careers in the real estate industry.
